How does voice meal logging work?
Tap the microphone button and describe what you ate in natural language. For example, say "I had a chicken salad with avocado and a glass of orange juice." Wellfeed will automatically parse your meal and calculate the nutritional information.
How accurate is the calorie tracking?
Wellfeed uses AI to estimate nutritional values based on standard food databases. While estimates are generally accurate, they may vary depending on specific brands, preparation methods, and portion sizes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Wellfeed. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at obbali.bs@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days.
